After beginning his MMA career in February of 2008, Jessie has made a huge impact in the sport in a very short time. Former two time Virginia state wrestling champion, Jessie is regarded as one of the most talented Virginia amateur wrestlers in recent history. After a 5-0 amateur MMA career, Jessie turned professional in October of 2008. In his second fight as a pro, the Bantamweight prospect showcased his abilities with a dominating third round submission victory over seasoned veteran Steve Kinnison. It was Kinnisan's 27th professional fight, but the most impressive thing about the victory was he took the fight on only two days notice. After finishing 100% of his opponents, Jessie has shown the makings of a star in the sport.
