FIGHTER INFO:

I was born in Glenville, West Virginia on August 7, 1986. Both of Paul's parents were very young and struggled financially for several years, probably until I was a teenager. I experienced a lot of diversity at a young age that I have since made peace with, now I understand that what I went through gave me the perspective I have now in life that gives me strength. I began to practice martial arts to give me something special that I felt alot of people had. It was my thing. It was what I lived for and what I focused on. I carried what I learned from Martial Arts into all the other sports I did growing up, including Baseball, Football, Basketball, Track, and Wrestling. Then, when I was 16 and old enough to drive, I began to study Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing and I haven't stopped learning and growing in those arts since then. I lived and trained in Florida for a few years and trained with Gracie-Barra, then I trained for a while with American Top Team members in Orlando, Florida which showed me that I can compete with some of the best fighters in the world when I am at my best. Now, I am training in Frederick, Maryland at the Clinch Academy. Here at the Clinch, we learn and improve every day so you can count on us to be better every time we fight. I have made several changes to how I prepare to fight and I can honestly say that I have never felt as good as I do right now. I love and enjoy fighting, I thrive under the pressure and the desire to succeed and am looking forward to my fighting career taking off in 2009.
